Welcome!  


Do you wish for peace in the world? 


 We believe we are at a tipping point in human history, a time when the critical mass is building to trigger a peaceful transformation, despite the chaos in the world.  


Not everyone is interested in or able to protest injustice, to march for truth, to get out and help neighbors or to enter politics.  However, everyone can use their mind.


The mind is more powerful than most people realize.  The energy of every thought, every word, every emotion affects the field of potential that we call reality. 


 Thoughts of kindness, peace and cooperation produce coherent waves of energy from the heart. Thoughts of anger, hatred and cruelty cause incoherent waves of energy from the heart. 


 Coherent waves are stronger and more easily able to pull other waves of energy into entrainment with them for those who are in close proximity.  Science has not yet learned how these thoughts/waves work at a distance, but we know that they do!


 We change our world from the inside out.


Research has shown that a group of people who are of same mind, or imagining the same thing together, can affect this field of potential 

(or reality) in an even greater way.


  This Mind the Peace Meditation guides you to imagine peace and allows you to experience the peaceful reality that you desire. What you see in your mind’s eye begins to shift the outer world through the powerful coherent energy waves of the heart and mind.  



How to use this website


Individual


Visit this website often. 


Maybe you are feeling content, hopeful, and peaceful and have a desire to project that feeling to others in the world who are struggling.  


Or maybe you’re feeling discouraged, disappointed, or fearful and want to calm yourself. 


 By spending less than 10 minutes with this Mind the Peace Meditation you may begin to lower your own stress level and help others in the process.


   You will be joining with anyone else in the world who is listening to the same meditation at the same time, increasing the power of your intentions!



Group


Organize a group to visit the website at the same time and follow the guided meditation together for 10 minutes from wherever you are. You do not have to be in the same room or even the same country.  


Your thoughts, magnified by the coherence with the other group members' thoughts, will have a positive effect on the field of reality.  


To enhance your own experience, spend time afterwards with the group members, describing your visualizations.   


Revisit often!  Feel the satisfaction of knowing that you have done something to bring about a safe and peaceful world.
